Perfectly situated in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Bickford Park. This garden suite is just steps from the Ossington hot spots. It's one of the very few laneway suites in Toronto.
No detail was spared throughout this thoughtfully designed, newly built, 2 bed, 1.5 bath, Coach house/Garden Suite.
The stunning finishes and fixtures, integrated storage, and sun-soaked space make it a welcoming property.
Split over two storeys it has two outdoor spaces. One walk out balcony located off the main level and the second on the upper level.
The best part is the two car car-lift to save space in the driveway.
This large Upper Beach Home is nestled in a tranquil setting step from a park. As you enter through the landscaped front yard/new porch you are welcomed into a cozy living room with fireplace. What makes this home interesting is the character and details. There’s faux grass cloth wallpaper running around the side of the stairs, unique hardware, and custom lighting throughout, memorizing tile patterns, a vaulted ceiling in the primary bedroom and high-end plumbing fixtures.

After coming home to cascading water from a terrible toilet leak in the upper stair’s bathroom the upstairs and downstairs kitchen as well as the basement were destroyed. Thankfully, there is insurance for situations like these. The young couple wanted a bright, warm, and inviting kitchen that was also functional and made a bold statement. By opening the space between the load bearing wall, we created a few points into the kitchen from the entry way. With everything light, we wanted to add a punch of colour to the island and draw the eye in for a jewel piece of a backsplash.
The second-floor bathroom received a custom wall mounted floating double sink vanity with more lighting and a larger step in shower.
FENNAMORE
Outside of Toronto and in a picturesque suburban home the clients lacked recreational space for their two kids as well as a workout area for the adults in the lower level of their home. By creating an open space, it gave the clients flexibility to have their kids run around while they squeezed in a quick workout. We also added a refreshment area for cold drinks and snacks as well as a minimalist bathroom to avoid having to run upstairs.

Our client in the Toronto ‘Fashion District’ wanted us to transform their builder quality condominium bathroom into a modern, minimalistic, and masculine show piece. We were able to accomplish this through high end plumbing fixtures, semi-gloss finishes mixed with matte finishes as well as a grey/white colour scheme. By installing a glass partition and installing LED recessed lighting, this small bathroom now feels twice as big. We are also able to maximize the amount of storage by providing a medicine cabinet and floating vanity with compartmentalized drawers.
In addition to the transforming the bathroom, the client also wanted to have a durable island where they could share a meal or a drink with friends. Our design solution was to clad the island in a quartz stone with waterfall edge on each side.

The Printing House 3D location, at the TD Center in downtown Toronto, is the first 3D printing provider in Canada. It uses the world’s most versatile multi-material printer. Our design intent was to create a retail space that displayed how 3D printing technologies work through the integration of video, live 3D printing and displaying completed products. We were extremely excited to work with the client on designing a space that would demonstrate this emerging technology. 3D printing isn’t just for hobbyists. It can benefit various industries and professions. These include industrial designers, engineers, animators, architects, medical professions, and artists. If you can imagine it, they will bring it to life!

This 3,600 square foot retail space is being used as a main branch for The Printing House. What better location then to have it at the TD Centre where hundreds of people pass by in the concourse walkway. Tucked away behind the smoked glass are the custom Corian designer stations under hula hoop light fixtures. Upon entering the space customers are greeted by staff behind the circular two-part cash desk. This cash desk is made up of wood veneer, black lacquer with LED tape lighting between the reveals and white Corian countertop that hides the monitors seamlessly. While customers wait for their work to be printed, they can collaborate with others on the high low top custom metal tables next to the video wall.

WELLINGTON
Our clients wanted to renovate their master ensuite bathroom and powder room. The client’s style is contemporary, abstract, and international. It is obvious from first glance that exquisite craftsmanship has gone into its creation.
The client’s project requirements were to provide more storage for their toiletries, proper lighting for makeup application and a shower with a rainhead above. Not only that, but a space that would be cohesive with the other spaces in their home. Therefore, we solved the storage issue by designing a custom floating vanity. This vanity has four drawers, two on each side, with dividers inside for compartmentalizing one’s items. By placing brightly backlit mirrors above it makes it easier to apply make-up. Then there is the seamless flooring leading into the walk-in shower with a rainhead above. With the use of porcelain tile on all four walls, which replicates the look of marble, the space looks much bigger and brighter.
In addition, to the master ensuite bathroom, the client wanted to upgrade their powder room. This space is sure to impress any guest that comes over, with the textured wall covering, white hexagon mosaic tile floor and floating vanity with lighting underneath.
